Usage
Square or rectangular openwork shade sail to be suspended. Suitable for gardens, terraces, balconies and can be attached to various supports: walls, posts, trees… thanks to its many attachment loops.
Installation & Mounting System
Recommended fixing height: 2.8 m minimum. The chosen size must be at least 50 cm smaller than the area to be shaded. Example: For an actual available space of 4 x 4 m, the maximum sail size must be 3.50 x 3.50 m.
Required accessories: 10 metres of rope with a diameter of 1 cm to create the attachments at the 4 corner fixing points. We strongly recommend the use of steel cables for the installation of this model.

Maintenance
No special maintenance is required. However, it is advisable, when possible, to store the shade sail during winter in a dry, well-ventilated place away from rodents.
Weather Info
– When in contact with water, the coconut fibre weave relaxes, the shade sail becomes heavier, doubling in weight, then returns to its initial tension once dry. This is how the fibre reacts to moisture.
– In regions prone to snowfall, it is strongly recommended to store the coco shade sail during winter to prevent any potential damage.
– During prolonged dry periods, it is advisable to mist or wet the shade sail from time to time to extend its lifespan. Coconut fibre prefers a slightly humid climate.
– Finally, coconut fibre naturally turns grey over time, taking on a silver hue that adds a rustic charm. This change in appearance does not affect its effectiveness.

We guarantee all our products for 2 years, except for the Coco Robusta range which is guaranteed for 3 years (See T&Cs).
The average lifespan of our products is 3 to 4 years, except for the Coco Robusta range whose average lifespan is 5 years.

Cables, tensioners and hooks can also be ordered from our website; installation requires two people and is adjusted by tightening, allowing for a taut or deliberately loose finish depending on the desired effect.
