. The first order arrived in perfect condition. The 3x3m privacy screen was perfectly packaged in a cardboard box and well protected. The product itself was in perfect condition. So I decided to place a second order for the product I was primarily interested in, a more expensive item: a 3.5x3.5m robusta coconut fiber roof shade sail. The disappointment lies with this second product, which arrived with just a piece of stretch film around the edge. Nothing on the top, nothing on the bottom. No cardboard box or any real protection. The delivery driver simply unloaded the sail, which was lying on the floor of the truck. I find this regrettable. I would have preferred to send an email to report it, but I couldn't find an email address. So I'm checking Google reviews. This isn't a criticism, just an observation. Once again, I have no complaints about the product quality or order tracking; it's 5 stars. However, improving the packaging of the shipped products would be a welcome improvement.

The finish is very nice, except for the ropes which often broke when tightened; I hope they will last. My pergola is 9x4m...

The coconut fiber canvas is laid over our wooden pergola, above a wooden deck. The shade is dense yet provides very pleasant ventilation. It really feels like being under trees.
