The origins of the Coco Robusta range
Climate change is increasingly impacting our outdoor lives. Extreme heatwaves in summer, overheating cities, sudden and violent storms: in Europe and around the world, we are now more often faced with unpredictable weather events.
Faced with this reality, we decided to act at our level by offering a more sustainable, more hard-wearing shade range with enhanced sun protection. This is how the Coco Robusta range was born.
To meet this challenge, we made several improvements to the weave, the support ropes and the attachment points.
A shading solution suited to sun and bad weather
To make the shade canopy more resistant, we upgraded the support ropes, which are now 50% stronger than the ropes we currently use. We also modified and improved the attachment points on our hanging models so they better support the weight of the sail.

A longer lifespan
We improved the quality of the weaving yarn and increased the number of coconut fibres in the shade canopy to extend its lifespan. The impacts on the weave are as follows:
- It is 68% denser than the weave in our classic range.
- Its resistance to physical stress and tearing is 55% higher than the weaves available on the market.
