A coir carpet with a basic weave that is easy to install on most indoor floors (tiles, parquet, waxed concrete, etc.) to create a warm, natural atmosphere. It has a latex coating on the reverse side that keeps the weave in place once it’s been laid, while making it quick and easy to remove. Aesthetically pleasing and practical, it is easy to care for and blends in well with all types of interior decoration.
Cut to length by the metre or in 0.50 m increments. For a maximum length of 32 m per order.
Widths of 1 m, 1.5 m or 2 m: estimated return to stock between 26 May and 6 June.

Usage
A thick natural coir mat that is easy to install on any type of interior floor: tiles, parquet, waxed concrete, etc. Aesthetically pleasing and practical, this mat will help to make your home more attractive and comfortable. Note that this mat is not suitable for wet rooms such as bathrooms, or for areas with high humidity, as excessive moisture in the room or floor will most likely cause your coconut fibre mat to mildew.
Installation system
Supplied in rolls, it is easy to lay down and will not move afterwards thanks to the latex coating on the side facing the floor, which gives it a ‘grip’ on the floor it is laid on. See installation guide.

Maintenance
No special maintenance is required. However, whenever possible, it is strongly advisable to store the shade in a dry, well-ventilated place away from rodents during the low season.
Weather info
On contact with water, the weave of the coir fibre relaxes, the shade sail becomes heavier, doubling in weight, and then regains its initial tension once dry. In regions prone to snowfall, it is strongly recommended to winterize the coco sail to prevent any potential damage. In periods of prolonged drought, it is advisable to mist or wet the shade from time to time to prolong its life. Coir prefers a slightly tropical climate. Finally, coir naturally greys over time, taking on a silvery hue that adds a rustic charm. This change in appearance does not affect its efficiency.
